Let's go for a run

I started running again in August 2010.  I am using a Nike+ sensor to track my miles and keep myself motivated.

Doesn't look like I will make either of my goals by mid-October.  Those two weeks when I was out of the country took a big bite out of my monthly miles.  But I am close.  I have 80 miles to get to the next level (BLUE) and I have increased my pace a bit.  I have also added a Crossfit class twice a week which should help me stay strong. 
We are thinking of running the same 5K we did last year (November) to see if we can knock a few minutes off our time.
That 10K will have to wait a bit.

Lori has set a goal to run a half marathon in October.  While I am not quite ready for that, I am looking for a 10K to run in early October.  My second goal is to reach the Blue level on Nike+ by October 16.  As of today, I have 227 miles to reach that goal.  With my two weeks away in August, that gives me 11 weeks to reach that goal so I need to run about 21 miles per week between now and then.
