A month of circles

I have 31 circles now, one full month into this project.  I am very good at starting these challenges.  Hope to stay with this one all year.  I keep wanting to plan it out, see where it will go.  I suppose part of the challenge is to let it evolve without rushing to the finish line.
For February, I am going to pull one box of fabric from my shelf (a single color family) and use just those fabrics for the circles.  The red and pink box seems appropriate.
Off to link up with Audrey and the circle gang today.

It looks like you are having lots of fun. I like the fact that your circles are different sizes.

Congratulations on your first month finish! I really love the way these are developing - the various size circles add so much interest and the colours and prints are really coherent (unlike mine!). Month 2? Bring it on!

Congratulations on keeping up! I am already behind. I really like the different sizes circles. Good idea to limit yourself to one container for February. This project is really messy when I am pulling scraps from everywhere.

You've stayed with it for a month, that should have provided plenty of positive feedback for this addictive little project! Your circles are looking great, I love the variety of fabrics you've chosen. One fabric bin a month sounds like a great idea.

Hi,
I've finished my first month too. It's kind of
addictive making these little circles. Love your
colors. Have a great day!

It's looking good. I thought you might pick purple for Amethyst, but red and pink always works for me.

It is so much fun to see what everyone is doing. Love your interpretation!

One month down...I too like your mix of sizes; do the small circles represent anything particular or are you just making them randomly? It will be interesting to see what a month of red and pink looks like.

Your circles are lovely! And what a great idea to pull a color box out to work on for a month. I'm a big fan of letting a project come into it's own and not try and force it.:) Guess it's a challenge sometimes!
